Your charitable contribution is tax deductible under the limits of the law if you file an itemized tax schedule. To deduct a contribution, you must maintain a bank record or written communication from the organization containing the name of the organization, the date, and the amount of the contribution. Bank statements showing a gift paid by debit card and credit card also contain these same elements needed for your records. Please maintain a copy of the acknowledgement letter you receive from the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma for your tax records. Contributions are deductible for the year in which they are actually paid or delivered. Giving to the Ringwood Education Foundation is a great tax planning strategy with long-lasting benefits for students.

A percentage of the fund balance will provide scholarships each year to selected students, while your original donated funds remain invested. Investment growth and dividends will provide funding for scholarships. The bigger our funds, the more we are able to give in scholarships to our students.
Supporting the Ringwood Education Foundation is a way to give to your community's children and support their efforts toward a career. It is a way to give generously, efficiently, and compassionately. We make it possible for families and organizations to build a legacy to impact the future. We invest your money and let it grow to continue giving opportunities to students. Your hard-earned money will remain invested in perpetuity to benefit children. |
